What is your Return Policy?

Ø        If the customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the products, they may return any "UNOPENED" products at "THEIR" expense within 15 days of the delivery date (except seasonal products, promotional, cutlery, special orders, fashion items, nail products, make up and electrical items)

Ø        Product must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. First contact Customerservice@beautybazzar.com to inform them of any inaccuracies. Then ship the errant merchandise back to Beauty Bazzar.

Ø         When the package is received, and in good conditions you will receive Credit back in your credit card for the original purchase price less shipping charge. Please note that we don¡¯t refund shipping expenses.

Do you offer free shipping conditions?

Ø        We offer free shipping in orders over $100.00 shipped within the 48 US Continental States.

Ø        All shipping costs are estimated for boxes up to 5 pounds.

Ø        PO Boxes, APO addresses will be sent with USPS Priority Mail

Ø        Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

Ø        2nd day air shipments are not delivered on weekends or holidays. 4 days processing time may be added to the shipping time.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

 

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Normal processing time may take up to 4 business days.

 

Do you accept Foreign Orders?

Ø        International orders are subject to Customs. We are not liable for any sales tax, fee or delay due to customs.

Ø        International shipping rate for orders up to 5 pounds is $40.00 and we ship with United States Postal Service. Some International orders won¡¯t have a tracking number, depending on the country. International orders can take up to a month to get to destination.

Ø        International orders returned to BeautyBazzar.com are subject to pay return shipping expenses.

Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?

We have 100% Safe and Secure Server. In fact, safer than giving your credit card to a stranger at a store counter! Whenever you enter in your credit card information, that data is transmitted directly to BeautyBazzar.com Secure Server and is accessed only by two persons. To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of information, we use a secure server, which safeguards the information we collect online. We also verify the billing address in order to protect our customers from fraud.

Is Beauty Bazzar a wholesale distributor of Beauty Products?

BeautyBazzar.com is NOT a wholesale distributor or manufacturer of beauty products. We are a retail store open to the public supplying great deals on products recommended by your stylist. We do not have a catalog.

Can I get Distributor¡¯s information and catalogs?

Our suppliers will not allow us to sell any products at wholesale prices.

We are not allowed to sell Wholesale to individuals or other stores. We can only ship these products directly to the customer. We don¡¯t have or are authorized to release wholesaler¡¯s information. We don¡¯t have catalogs.

What should I expect when a product has been backordered?

Occasionally certain products will be on back order due to unforeseen popularity or glitch in a manufacturers factory. Sometimes people order them before we have time to take them off the site. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. In these rare incidents, we will ship the in stock items you ordered. If you qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase you won¡¯t be charged shipping. However, we do reserve the right in some cases to hold your order until all the products are in. We will only do this if we are expecting to receive the backordered items within a few days. We do not keep back orders. You will need to place a new order for the product when available. Be advised that your credit card will not be charged until the time of shipment. 

What is your Privacy Policy?

On some pages, you can order products, sign up for a newsletter, and register for drawings.
We use the information you provide about yourself only to complete your order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. These addresses are NEVER shared with outside parties!

How much will I be charged for taxes?


All orders are tax-free for residents outside the state of California. The sales tax for California is 8.75 %.

 

Where is my order?

To check your order please visit our member¡¯s login page. Enter your e-mail address and password. Please make sure to use lower case.

What happens if an order gets lost in transit?

BeautyBazzar.com retains receipts on all orders shipped out to customers. On rare occasions, an order may be "Lost In Transit" due to no fault of BeautyBazzar.com. In such case, we will replace your order as soon as we verify that the package got lost.
